RAW: Crusty Cauliflower

This dish is very similar to a "tempura" dish and it's super easy. If you subtract the dehydrating time you could accomplish the whole mess in about 10-15 minutes.

1 c raw walnuts 
1/2 c raw sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 tbsp Nama Shoyu
1 tsp Turmeric
4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 lemon (juice only)
sea salt
1/2 c water
1 head of Cauliflower
  1. Soak walnuts and sunflower seeds in water for at least 2 hours
  2. Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
  3. Put everything else in a food processor. As ingredients are blending add water as needed to create a creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the blended mixture on to the chopped cauliflower and mix together.
  5. Stick the whole mess (yes, it's a mess) in the dehydrator for 2-12 hours depending on how you like your flower.
I usually eat the entire cauliflower in one sitting.
