Easy Peezy Stir Fry

Everybody loves a good stir fry, but most folks I talk to aren't hip to the two things that are imperative to a stir fry. It's not soy sauce; it's not chicken, beef, broccoli, or any other ingredient and it's not chopsticks. The key components to a great stir fry are heat and movement. You want your wok as hot as you can get it and you want to stir, stir, stir! Hence, the name...Stir Fry (am I right?).

Whipping up a stir fry can not only be affordable but it can also be healthy, nutritious, filling and most importantly, it's FAST!

Also, no need to worry about ingredients or measuring. You can use whatever foods you have in your fridge and play with your flavorings until your palette is happy.

In my stir fry tonight, I used onion, red bell pepper, celery, carrot, minced garlic and minced ginger.

For protein I added some Smart Strips by Lightlife (I strongly suggest this product for wraps, salad, stir fry, etc.)

I used some bouillon for flavor as well as a splash of sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, tahini and one packet of stevia.

As do most, I served this over rice (brown minute rice in the photo) and topped it off with a heavy dose of sriracha.

Big Hit!
